WORKBOOK COMPARE PRO SUPPORT POLICY — PRE-RELEASE DRAFT Version 0.9.14 is a release-candidate preparation build. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and does not include a guaranteed response or resolution time unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. When requesting help, include the Workbook Compare Pro version, Windows version, a description of the action, and—when requested—the locally generated diagnostic report. Never send confidential workbooks or the owner private licensing key. Do not include a complete customer license code unless the provider specifically requests it through a trusted support channel. A machine-bound license can be moved to a replacement computer. On the old computer, choose Release this computer and send the transfer receipt to the provider with the replacement computer's Installation ID. The provider will verify the receipt against the original sales record before issuing a new code. After release, the old computer cannot return to the trial. A different license code is required before comparisons can run there again. If the old computer is lost or unusable, the provider may handle the request as an exception. There is no self-service activation server in the initial offline licensing system. Before public sale, add the provider's support email or website, expected response window, supported release policy, refund process, and any paid support terms.
